Naomi Watts opened up about her break up from longtime companion Liev Schreiber in a brand new interview over the weekend.
Watts, 48, and the Ray Donovan actor, 49, introduced in September that they had been ending their 11-year relationship. The pair are dad and mom of sons Alexander “Sasha,” 9, and Samuel, 7.
“I really feel I am in place in my life and I wish to be certain that my children are wholesome, my children are glad and issues are going to go properly. These are my hopes for me and for all of us,” Watts instructed Australia’s Daily Telegraph on Saturday, November 26.
Watts and Schreiber started relationship in 2005 after assembly on the set of the romantic drama The Painted Veil.
“I really feel, whether or not you are well-known or not, transitions are scary for anyone,” Watts instructed the publication. “I really feel like change is all the time scary, however that is solely as a result of transition for anybody is new, and also you marvel how issues are going to go.”
Watts and Schreiber have remained amicable because the breakup. The exes even despatched one another properly needs on their respective birthdays.
“Glad Birthday Sweetheart,” Schreiber commented on an Instagram throwback pic of Watts on September 28. On October four, the Australian star posted a pic of Schreiber and their youngsters for his large day.
